RETURNS
CHANGED YOUR MIND?
If you wish to return your online order, Milliarda offers a 30 day returns period from the date your parcel is signed for to return a refund.
Please follow the steps below to return your order:
Print and complete the RETURNS FORM, include this in your parcel.
Each item must be returned in new condition as it was received and must include all original packaging and collateral material.
Return items using a traceable delivery service (Local courier, Royal Mail, Fedex, UPS). Clearly write your original order number on all shipment-related paperwork.
Do not re-use packaging as it will be refused at the point of delivery as we will not be able to tell if the package has been tampered with during transit.
All orders returned must be received by Milliarda on or before the 30th day from the date your parcel was signed for.
Ensure you mark your return as British Returned Goods in order to request exemption from return import duties and taxes. Any Import duties and taxes incurred on return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
PLEASE NOTE:
Any return shipment lost in transit is the responsibility of the customer; Milliarda is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
All returns will be inspected upon receipt of the package, if the item/s are found to be in perfect condition and arrive within the 30 day return period you will be credited for the cost of the goods back to your original form of payment minus any delivery charges.
Note; Refunds take between 5-10 business days to show back in your account.
Goods found to be damaged due to customer negligence will not be accepted for refund. Worn goods as evidenced by micro-scratches, scratches, dirt or additional workmanship by other jewellers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.Earrings cannot be returned for a refund or exchange if the hygiene seal is damaged or has been tampered with. If this security tag is removed or damaged a refund will NOT be granted.

Orders purchased online through the UK, European Union, United States and rest of world regions are to be returned to the United Kingdom.

We recommend keeping your jewelry stored in a jewelry box when not being worn. This extra TLC will help to prevent oxidation.
Avoid exposing your jewellery to any perfumes, soaps, or abrasive agents, like chemical cleaners or heat.
Remove jewelry before swimming or showering. A soft polishing cloth should be used in the event of tarnish.

How to clean and maintain your Milliarda Fine Jewelry
Wash your Milliarda Fine Jewelry with gentle soap, rinse well and dry completely with a soft cloth
Using jewelry dips or polishes is not recommended as they may contain harsh abrasives
Maintain your jewelry’s shine by avoiding contact with agents such as perfume, lotion, makeup, hair & cleaning products
Harsh chemicals such as chlorine found in swimming pools and salt water can be abrasive to colored gemstones and white pearls. Any exposure to these should be avoided
Always remove your jewelry before swimming and exercising

WARRANTY
Our goal is to provide high quality goods and products. Accordingly, we warrant the goods will meet their specification and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
All of our jewelry has a 1-year quality warranty, starting from the delivery date of the order.
The warranty is valid against any material and/or manufacturing defect. This warranty does not include insurance against physical or accidental wear and/or damage.
Please unpack and inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any and all claims must be reported to Milliarda within five (5) business days without exception.
Milliarda is not responsible for lost or damaged items after a delivery has been accepted except as otherwise provided in these Terms.

I need to send items of the same order to different shipping adresses
I am ordering several items that need to be shipped to different shipping addresses. How do I indicate that?
We are only able to accept one shipping address per order. If you need items to ship to different addresses, you will need to place them as separate orders.
How do I clean my Millliarda Jewellery?
Jewellery Care
Because our fashion jewellery is 18K, 24KGold or Rhodium plated over sterling silver, it is possible for the plating to fade over time from continuous wear. This is unavoidable over the lifetime of any plated jewelry.
Because of this, we do recommend that our customers are cautious when washing their hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning, or styling their hair, as soaps, chlorine, detergents, cleaning agents, and hair products can remove the plating.
The Milliarda jewelry pouch doubles as a safe haven for your jewelry’s storage and a polishing cloth to keep it looking bright and shiny.
Can you wear gold plated jewelry in the shower?
We recommend taking your gold plated jewellery off before you get in the shower, as it can damage the plating. This protects your jewelry’s shine by avoiding contact with agents such as soaps, lotions, and hair and cleaning products.
